Yes, we have a dedicated LED Commercial Lighting category featuring robust, high-performance lighting solutions suitable for retail spaces, offices, restaurants, and other commercial environments. These products are designed for extended use and meet commercial safety standards.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure online payments. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions and never store your full payment details on our servers. For additional security, we recommend using PayPal which adds an extra layer of protection.

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placement while your order is still in processing. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once your order has entered the shipping process, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

We offer two reliable shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Includes full tracking.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

All orders typically process within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Yes, we ship globally to most countries! However, we currently cannot ship to parts of Asia and select remote regions due to logistical constraints. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.

For Standard Shipping orders, you’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships, which you can use on the DHL or FedEx website. For Free Shipping via EMS, tracking may be limited but we’ll provide all available information. Our customer service team can also check your order status if needed.

While we carefully select reliable carriers, occasional delays can occur. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement if necessary.

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, and in resellable condition. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Currently, we process returns rather than direct exchanges. For a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your return is processed to ensure you receive the correct item promptly.

Most of our LED products come with a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 1-3 years depending on the item. Warranty information is included with your product documentation. Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

While we can’t provide on-site installation, our lighting specialists can offer general guidance for our products. Many of our LED strip lights and fixtures come with detailed installation instructions. For complex installations, we recommend consulting with a qualified electrician to ensure proper and safe setup.

Our Philadelphia facility at 2642 Cityview Drive is primarily a distribution center and not open for public shopping. All orders must be placed through our website for processing and shipment.
