All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Philadelphia warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking available
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium LED lighting purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to request a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- Item is unused and in its original packaging
- All original tags and protective coverings are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- LED Bathroom Mirrors (due to custom installation and hygiene considerations)
- Custom-cut LED Extrusions (made to your specific measurements)
- Opened Drivers, Dimmers & Sensors (electronic components that cannot be resealed)
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our Philadelphia-based team will respond within 24 business hours with return authorization and instructions
- Package Securely – Repack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
International Customers: Customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes on returned items. These costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchange Process
